We offer a trendy selection of clothing, accessories and fashion items to help you express your style with elegance.

2. How to place an order?

Simply add your favorite items to your cart and follow the secure checkout steps to complete your order.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal and other secure solutions.

4. What are the delivery costs and times?

Standard delivery takes between 7 and 15 business days depending on your location. Delivery costs vary depending on your address. For more details, see our Delivery Policy page.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment to track your package in real time.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

Return policy

You have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
Terms :

  • Unworn, unused item with tags attached
  • Original packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase or receipt

Returns not requested in advance will not be accepted.

Damaged products or errors

Inspect your order upon receipt. If there is a defect, damage, or error, contact us immediately at support@jamestyle.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

The following items are not returnable:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Personal care products (cosmetics, beauty)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Promotional items and gift cards

Exchanges

The best solution is to return the original item and then place a new order.

Right of withdrawal (European Union)

For orders shipped to the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, without justification, under the same return conditions.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the return, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Banking delays may vary. If you have not received anything after 15 business days, contact us at support@jamestyle.com .

8. Do you offer promotions?

Yes, subscribe to our newsletter to receive our exclusive offers and promo codes.

9. Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?

This is difficult after validation because the preparation is quick, but contact us as soon as possible to check.

10. What should I do if I have not received my order after 15 working days?

If the 15 business day deadline is exceeded, please check the package tracking. If necessary, contact us at support@jamestyle.com , we will investigate quickly.

11. My order is marked “delivered” but I have not received it, what should I do?

Start by checking with your neighbors, the caretaker, or the local post office. If you can't find the package, contact us with your order number.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to several countries. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

13. How do I use a promo code?

You can enter your promo code at the checkout stage, in the “Discount Code” section. It will be automatically applied if valid.

14. Can I have my order delivered to another address?

Yes, simply enter your desired delivery address during checkout.

15. Are the items identical to the photos?

Yes, we do our best to ensure that the photos are accurate to the products. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.

16. Are your products guaranteed?

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately for an exchange or refund.

17. Do you offer gift cards?

We don't currently offer gift cards, but we may soon. Stay tuned for our newsletter!

18. How do I create a customer account?

You can create an account by clicking the “Account” icon at the top of the page. An account allows you to track your orders and checkout faster.

19. Is my information secure?

Absolutely. Our site uses SSL encryption to ensure the confidentiality and security of all your personal and banking information.

 

20. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at support@jamestyle.com . After this time, the order may already be shipping.

21. How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't see it, check your spam or contact us.

22. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure local options depending on your country.

23. Do you offer payment in installments?

Currently, we do not yet offer payment in installments, but we are working on it.

24. My item is out of stock, will it be restocked?

Some items are restocked regularly. Subscribe to our newsletter or contact us to be notified when they are back in stock.

25. Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Contact us promptly at support@jamestyle.com with the correct address.

26. I made a mistake in my order. What should I do?

Contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to correct the error before shipping.

27. Where are you based?

We are based in Guadeloupe, and we ship to several countries from our partner warehouses.
