At Jamestyle, we do everything we can to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible and in the best possible condition.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Estimated delivery times

 

Our products are shipped from our international warehouses. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

·         France and Europe : 7 to 15 working days

·         Canada : 10 to 20 business days

·         United States : 7 to 15 business days

·         DOM-TOM and other regions : 10 to 25 working days

These times are given as an indication and may vary due to external factors (customs, weather conditions, etc.).

 

DELIVERY COSTS

A fixed delivery charge of €9.99 applies to each order, regardless of the number of items purchased or the destination.

 

ORDER TRACKING

A link or tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to track your package in real time.
