JAMESTYLE RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn and unused , with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be sent to the following address: Rue de la République, 97100, GP.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted .
DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product , so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items cannot be returned , including:
- Perishable products (food, flowers, plants)
- Personalized items (special orders, custom products)
- Personal care products (cosmetics, beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards .

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have , and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase .
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days , without justification. The return conditions are the same: the item must be new, unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging , accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase .

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved , it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days .
Please note that processing by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
